Music or Silence while you write?
Silence — This is a mechanical question for me.  I can’t physically type, due to long-standing fibromyalgia/RSI, so I use a voice-activation program which requires absolute silence in order to function properly.

I love all food, and no food is weird if you like it! But to answer the spirit of the question: I love steak tartare, as well as this fried eggplant-with-anchovy-shrimp paste Thai dish.
